Adds an auto-detection of modules paths for subfolders in modules, and override the --addons-path parameter with found paths. This allows to add submodules in the modules folder, that will properly be recognized by Odoo (especially OCA or enterprise modules repositories)

Update images refs to allow working with podman
Update port numbers to match 0.10 version of mailcatcher
This commit allows to add submodules into the modules directory and automatically add their path to the addons-path, in using the Dockerfile instead of the Odoo base image.
